Your Agreement with KlubFinance

1. Introduction

Welcome to KlubFinance. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and loan services. By applying for or accepting a loan from KlubFinance, you agree to abide by these Terms in full.

2. Definitions

• “Company” refers to KlubFinance.
• “You” or “Borrower” refers to the individual or entity applying for or receiving a loan.
• “Loan Agreement” means the contract you sign when your loan is approved.
• “Partner Bank” means the regulated financial institution that will process and disburse your loan.

3. Eligibility & Application

To apply for a loan, you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. We do not require traditional credit checks; eligibility is based on your current financial capacity and submitted documents.

4. Required Documentation

We require only essential documents to streamline your application:

• Government‐issued photo ID
• Proof of income (payslips, bank statements, or business financials)
• Proof of residence (utility bill, lease agreement, or bank statement)

You may upload documents digitally via our secure portal.

5. Approval & Disbursement

Once your documentation is verified, we aim to provide an approval decision within 24–48 hours. Approved funds are disbursed directly through our licensed Partner Bank. Partner Bank details are disclosed in your personalized Loan Agreement for confidentiality and compliance.

6. Repayment & Fees

Repayment schedules are set out in your Loan Agreement. We maintain a transparent fee structure:

• Interest Rate: Quoted APR as per your Loan Agreement.
• Origination Fee: A one-time fee disclosed upfront.
• Late Payment Fee: A reasonable fixed charge if a payment is missed.

No hidden fees. You may repay early in full or in part at any time without penalty.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

KlubFinance complies with GDPR and other applicable data protection laws. All personal and financial data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We share your information only with our Partner Bank and authorized service providers for processing and compliance purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KlubFinance and its officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your loan or use of our services.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of our Partner Bank. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant financial regulator.

10. Amendments

KlubFinance may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
